Why Work With Me
A husband and father of two grown children and grandfather of one infant, Dayle is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and enjoys helping first-time buyers navigate what can sometimes be a scary process.
Dayle has completed the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation with the National Association of Realtors and has also been involved in purchasing and selling foreclosed properties on St. Thomas and St. John.
With a background in urban planning, Dayle has assisted clients with the rezoning of property to accommodate intended uses.
Having grown up on St. Thomas, Dayle is a graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands and holds a graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. He's also received specialized training in Coastal Zone Management (he attended the University of Rhode Island's Summer Institute in Coastal Management), and holds a certificate in Grants Management.
A proponent of giving back to his community, he also served until recently as Treasurer of the Magens Bay Authority (the Board that manages two of the most beautiful parks in the Territory—Magens Bay and Lindquist Beach), and continues to serve as a member of the Board.
