Though our grounds house a guest residence with a full-time tenant, your privacy is paramount. Revel in the open-concept great room, where culinary dreams come alive in a spacious kitchen and social moments are shared around a 50-inch TV or Bluetooth-enabled CD player.
Outside, a 1500 sq ft deck unveils the Caribbean's splendors: diving pelicans, gliding sea rays, and if fortune favors, dancing dolphins. A cooling plunge pool stands ready for sun-soaked days. Whether witnessing dawn or dusk, our view promises visual poetry – a spectacle best enjoyed with polarized sunglasses.

Deposite and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation, with the balance, including damage deposit and taxes, due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival may be honored if the property can be rebooked at the same rate for the same period, but a 20% penalty will be applied. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.
A security deposit is required, refundable within 45 to 60 days of departure, provided no damages, missing items, or additional charges are incurred.
The use of credit cards is subject to a 3% charge and only one card per party is accepted. The credit card details are also used for the security deposit, with charges made only in case of damage or lost keys/remotes.
