Deposite and Cancelation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation, with the balance, including damage deposit and taxes, due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival may be honored if the property can be rebooked at the same rate for the same period, but a 20% penalty will be applied. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment. A security deposit is required, refundable within 45 to 60 days of departure, provided no damages, missing items, or additional charges are incurred. The use of credit cards is subject to a 3% charge and only one card per party is accepted. The credit card details are also used for the security deposit, with charges made only in case of damage or lost keys/remotes.
