This plot is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with nice houses. Flat and cleared it will be a breeze to build on. Close to sandy point which is a protected wildlife sanctuary with pristine beaches open to the public except for turtle season. Also close by is the historic town of Frederiksted with its great bars and restaurants and more pristine beaches. Watersports, horse-riding and hiking are fun things to do in this area. The pier is a great place to snorkel and see turtles, sea horses, rays and more in their natural habitat.
