Matthew R. Heppe, a Realtor, has more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, high-level leadership, project management, and negotiation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
Matt has a passion for finding properties that fit a client’s needs, and also a keen eye for detail. He is known for his ability to relate to his customer’s needs and for finding the right fit for anyone’s situation. He has a desire for the ability to quickly assess his client's needs and a keen ability to find them a house that upon the first turn of the key becomes a home that will become a place for lifetime memories or find a cash-flowing asset that adds generational wealth to an individual or family’s financial portfolio.
Born in Nashville, Tennessee, growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and after spending years in the high-paced corporate world of Miami, Florida, Matt moved to Colorado with his wife Maggie over 12 years ago and has raised his two daughters in this beautiful state. He is currently residing in St. Croix, USVI, but still maintains a residence in Colorado and travels frequently between the two locations.
He currently owns investment and residential properties in Colorado and the US Virgin Islands and understands the work/life balance that is important for anyone that wants a fulfilling life. He is experienced in owning and operating both residential and investment properties throughout the United States, and loves to sit and talk with others about buying real estate investment properties and how to operate them to make impressive passive income.
While Matt is licensed in Colorado as an associate broker with Gourmet Real Estate in Denver, he can help purchase properties statewide, he is also licensed in the US Virgin Islands and works with the premier luxury brokerage office in the islands, Sea Glass Properties. Because of his extensive network, he can help clients find homes and investment properties anywhere! The wealth of knowledge and also personal care he gives his clients is unrivaled, and he loves what he does and provides a world-class experience for his clients.
