Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Kelly ran to St. Croix in 1996 to escape snowy
Breckenridge, Colorado where she had moved after graduating from the University of
Mississippi. Shortly after arriving, she and her husband bought the iconic Tutto Bene restaurant
which they operated until 2015. She was married on St. Croix in 2000 and has 2 Crucian born
sons. She is also a co-founder of The Taste of St. Croix, an island food festival and 501(c)(3)
charitable organization that has donated more than half a million dollars to community programs
and local organizations since its inception in 2000.
Real estate was a natural progression for Kelly as she excels at customer service and has an
easy personality. She delights in sharing the beauty of St. Croix and the joys of a lifestyle
change in the Caribbean. She thrives at communication and will work tirelessly to help you
achieve all of your Real Estate goals. Whether it is assisting in the life changing process of
purchasing a new home, condo, business, or investment property or to help you sell your
beloved Caribbean home, she is eager to help and loves the process of buying and selling Real
Estate.
Kelly has numerous certifications including CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing

the National Association of REALTORS®). She has been awarded numerous awards as a

It is my pleasure to write a review for Kelly Odom. Kelly Odom found my son and me our dream house. Kelly had been looking for a house for us for a while. This one popped up and she was right on it. Of course we said perfect and wanted to proceed. She was amazing and dealt with all the ins and outs of buying a house. She gave us detailed step by step instructions for what we had to do. She gave us names and numbers of all the people to contact such as attorneys, inspectors, etc…. She also contacted some people for us such as a pest inspector. As we were off island at the time she went to the house many times to make sure everything was done and done right. I think what I am trying to say is that”KELLY ODOM IS THE BEST” and I couldn’t have been more pleased or felt more comfortable. She was almost as excited as we were.
