Jay Rollins moved to the beautiful island of St. Croix in 2015, bringing a lifelong passion for real estate—he flipped his first home at just 22 years old. Jay worked in various roles alongside local real estate professionals before earning his license in 2019, including time spent collaborating with Blue Sky Real Estate agents.

Jay deeply engages in the U.S. Virgin Islands’ nonprofit community, especially post-hurricane recovery efforts. He helped coordinate rebuilding 73 homes on St. Croix using volunteer teams and donated materials. He also serves as Chair of the Virgin Islands Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster. He is the Chief of Staff at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center.
